Since the acceptance of the company is a new Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC), Seller1 approved, and it became violated against the code, a complaint can be submitted here.
However, this can lead to measures against the retailer, but does not mean that your problem is solved and a refund, compensation or fixed via other channels such as consumer matters Victoria or the Victorian Civil and Administrative Court (VCAT) must be pursued.
Depending on the type of complaint, there is also solar accreditation Australia. This accredited solar and battery system designer and installers. The SAA will examine technical non -complaints regarding applicable Australian standards, local, state/territorial and national legal requirements as well as its own requirements.
“Saa will try to ensure that the non -complaints are remedied efficiently and promptly by the person responsible,” says Saa.
There is another layer of the consumer for Australians who consider installing a solar energy and/or battery system.
