Array Applied sciences Secures Solar Tracker Contract from Primoris Providers
Array Technologies, a manufacturer of ground-mounted systems for solar energy projects, has received an order for trackers up to 4 GW from Primoris Services Corp., a provider of special contract services.
"We are excited to expand our relationship with Primoris Renewable Energy," said Jeff Krantz, CCO of Array Technologies. “This agreement builds on the 2 GW Primoris Renewable Energy has already purchased from Array and underscores the benefit our system offers in terms of installation efficiency. Through innovations, including single-stud module clamps and the toolless assembly of certain components, we help our EPC customers reduce their labor costs and complete projects on time and on budget. "
The contract includes a commitment to purchase 2.5 GW of single-axis DuraTrack HZ v3 solar trackers to be used in more than 10 projects in North America, as well as the option to purchase an additional 1.5 GW for other projects.
The contractual deliveries begin in June.
